2. 隱私政策
您使用本服務同時受我們的隱私政策規範，該政策說明我們如何收集、使用及保護您的個人資訊（不含任何位置相關數據）。
3. 適用資格
本服務僅開放予年滿18歲之使用者。若您未滿18歲，須在父母或法定監護人的同意下使用本App。使用本App即表示您聲明符合上述資格要求。
4. 服務說明
戀聊鍵盤為一款提供AI智能聊天回覆輔助的戀愛溝通工具，透過智慧演算法生成符合戀愛場景的聊天回覆建議，協助使用者優化溝通體驗。本服務不涉及任何位置追蹤、GPS數據收集功能。
5. 帳戶註冊與安全
使用部分高級功能（如自定義AI回覆風格、雲端備份設定）需註冊帳戶。您同意：
- 註冊時提供正確、最新且完整的資訊；
- 必要時即時更新您的帳戶資訊，確保其準確性；
- 妥善保管您的登入憑證（如帳號、密碼），不向他人洩露；
- 對您帳戶下發生的所有操作行為承擔全部責任。
6. 使用者責任
您同意不濫用本App或本服務，包括但不限於：
- 利用AI回覆功能從事違法、騷擾、詐騙、誹謗或侵犯他人隱私的行為；
- 未經授權存取或嘗試存取其他使用者的帳戶、數據或設定；
- 上傳、分享任何有害、虛假、不雅或違反法令的內容；
- 干擾本App的正常運作（如篡改程式、攻擊伺服器、使用外掛工具等）；
- 將本App用於商業推廣、垃圾訊息發送等非個人使用之目的。
您確認使用本App的核心功能需授予鍵盤使用權限，您可透過裝置設定管理或撤回該權限；撤回鍵盤權限將導致核心AI回覆功能無法使用。
7. 購買、訂閱與帳單
部分功能（如無廣告體驗、自定義AI回覆風格、高級語義分析）僅透過付費訂閱（以下簡稱「高級服務」）提供。訂閱條款、價格及續約週期將於本App內或您的App Store帳戶中明示。
- 所有付款透過App Store安全處理，我們不會收集您的支付卡號、密碼等敏感資訊；
- 訂閱將自動續約，除非您在續約日期前取消訂閱；
- 除適用法令另有規定外，所有付款一經完成即不予退款；
- 您可隨時透過App Store帳戶設定取消訂閱，取消後高級服務將於當前訂閱週期結束後失效。
8. 修改與更新
我們得不定期更新或修改本App及本條款。更新內容將於本App內或官方網站公告後生效。若您在條款變更後繼續使用本App，即表示您接受修改後的條款。
9. 鍵盤權限與數據使用
本App依賴鍵盤使用權限及有限的設備數據實現核心功能。您同意：
- 戀聊鍵盤僅會收集實現AI回覆所需的最小範圍數據（如您輸入的聊天語句、設備基礎資訊），且不會收集任何位置相關數據；
- 您可隨時透過裝置設定開啟或關閉鍵盤權限，關閉後核心服務將無法使用；
- 您需確保使用AI回覆內容符合相關法令，且不會侵犯他人權益。
濫用本服務（如利用AI生成違法、不當內容）將導致帳戶停用，並可能依法追究相關責任。
10. 終止使用
我們有權隨時暫停或終止您的服務存取權，無須事先通知，若您的行為被認定為違反本條款、隱私政策或相關法令。終止後您將無法存取本App的付費功能及帳戶數據（除非法令另有規定）。
11. 智慧財產權
本App相關之所有內容、軟體、商標及其他素材，均為戀聊鍵盤開發團隊或其授權方所有。我們授予您有限、不可轉讓、非專屬的使用授權，僅供您個人、非商業目的使用本App。
12. 免責聲明
本服務係以「現狀」及「可取得」方式提供，我們不對本App的運作穩定性、可用性或資訊準確性作出任何明示或默示的保證。您使用本App的風險由您自行承擔。
13. 責任限制
在法令允許的最大範圍內，戀聊鍵盤及其關係企業不對您使用本服務所產生的間接、附帶或衍生性損害負賠償責任。我們的總賠償責任最高不超過您過去12個月內為使用本服務所支付的金額（若無付費，則不承擔金錢賠償責任）。

Love Talk Keyboard Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to "Love Talk Keyboard"! These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Love Talk Keyboard mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully.
Once you download, install, or use the Services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the App immediately.
2. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information (excluding any location-related data).
3. Eligibility
The Services are available only to users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must use the App with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet the above eligibility requirements.
4. Service Description
Love Talk Keyboard is a romantic communication tool that provides AI-powered chat reply assistance. It uses intelligent algorithms to generate chat reply suggestions suitable for romantic scenarios and helps users optimize their communication experience. The Services do not involve any location tracking or GPS data collection functions.
5. Account Registration and Security
Some premium features (such as customized AI reply styles and cloud backup settings) require account registration. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
- Update your account information promptly when necessary to ensure its accuracy;
- Properly safeguard your login credentials (such as account name and password) and not disclose them to others;
- Assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the App or the Services, including but not limited to:
- Using the AI reply function to engage in illegal, harassing, fraudulent, defamatory, or privacy-infringing conduct;
- Accessing or attempting to access other users' accounts, data, or settings without authorization;
- Uploading or sharing any harmful, false, obscene, or unlawful content;
- Interfering with the normal operation of the App (such as tampering with programs, attacking servers, or using plug-in tools);
- Using the App for non-personal purposes such as commercial promotion or sending spam messages.
You acknowledge that use of the App's core functions requires granting keyboard access permission. You may manage or withdraw this permission through device settings. Withdrawing keyboard permission will make the core AI reply function unavailable.
7. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing
Some features (such as an ad-free experience, customized AI reply styles, and advanced semantic analysis) are available only through paid subscriptions (hereinafter referred to as "Premium Services"). Subscription terms, prices, and renewal cycles will be clearly displayed in the App or in your App Store account.
- All payments are securely processed through the App Store. We do not collect sensitive information such as your payment card number or password;
- Subscriptions will renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date;
- Except as otherwise required by applicable laws, all payments are non-refundable once completed;
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. After cancellation, Premium Services will expire at the end of the current subscription period.
8. Modifications and Updates
We may update or modify the App and these Terms from time to time. Updates will take effect after being announced in the App or on the official website. If you continue to use the App after the Terms are changed, you indicate your acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Keyboard Permission and Data Use
The App relies on keyboard access permission and limited device data to implement its core functions. You agree that:
- Love Talk Keyboard will collect only the minimum scope of data necessary to implement AI replies (such as the chat text you enter and basic device information), and will not collect any location-related data;
- You may enable or disable keyboard permission at any time through device settings. After disabling it, the core Services will be unavailable;
- You must ensure that your use of AI-generated reply content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights and interests of others.
Misuse of the Services (such as using AI to generate illegal or inappropriate content) will result in account suspension and may lead to legal liability.
10. Termination
We have the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without prior notice if your conduct is deemed to violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable laws. After termination, you will no longer be able to access the App's paid functions or account data (unless otherwise required by law).
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, trademarks, and other materials related to the App are owned by the Love Talk Keyboard development team or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App only for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
12. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the operational stability, availability, or accuracy of information in the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Talk Keyboard and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for use of the Services in the past 12 months (if you made no payment, we shall not bear monetary compensation liability).
14. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to the respective terms of service and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the content or security of third-party services.
